Required Skills and Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a quantitative or technical discipline such as Physics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field.

• Track record of impactful research and ability to solve complex, real-world problems

• Innovative mindset with a dedication to continuous learning, improvement, and challenging conventional thinking

• Strong AI modeling skills, including experience with time-series and cross-sectional analysis

• Proficiency in coding, ideally in Python or Java, with the capability to build and maintain robust software solutions

• Passion for financial markets, with an intrinsic drive to analyze market drivers, price formation, and risk management

Compensation and Benefits

• Base salary range: $200,000 – $300,000, subject to applicable laws and regulations
